I highly recommend Ms. Williams for any position that involves caring for people, managing complicated schedules and tasks, and/or navigating complex personal interactions during high-stress situations.
From May 2023 to March 2025, Ms. Williams managed the care of my 95- to 97-year-old father, who was in declining physical and mental health through the last two years of his life. During this period, we had several competent caregivers that my father disliked and “fired,” but Ms. Williams “cracked the code” and was able to make him understand how much the care was needed and how it made his life better while still on his terms. She quickly became the standard-bearer for his care and ultimately the lead for managing a team of individuals who, by the end, were providing 24/7 care for Dad.
With all of Dad’s children living two and a half hours away and his refusal to move from his home, managing his steady decline was difficult and our worries were magnified. Ms. Williams’ tailored care plan and competence allayed our concerns and allowed him to live his last months at home, the way he wanted, while giving us peace of mind.
Ms. Williams has a unique level of energy and the capacity to handle everything thrown before her in a timely and professional manner. Not only was she able to manage my father’s dementia-related outbursts and illogical thinking, she also helped us cope with a version of him we didn’t recognize when his behavior and words were so out of character. Furthermore, she handled any issue that arose regarding my father’s nutrition needs, medical appointments, home and auto repairs, and his need for companionship. She also assembled, at a moment’s notice, teams of amazing people to handle his care when she was unable to be there.
Ms. Williams accomplished all of this while closely conferring with me and my sisters about options for the most difficult decisions, making us a team rather than the routine employer-employee relationship. She cared deeply for my father and continued to support us while we tended to matters in the immediate aftermath of his death.
I spent 40 years of my professional career serving in and eventually leading a large security organization for the U.S. government. Our primary job was to determine whether people could be trusted to protect the U.S. government’s most sensitive information. With this as background, I can unequivocally state that Ms. Williams is one of the most trustworthy individuals I have ever encountered, and we were fortunate to have had the opportunity to entrust our father’s care to her.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Williams for any role requiring dedication, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and compassion. She would be an incredible asset to any team or family in need of her expertise.
